In this the age of cost cutting, USA Hockey no longer mails out membership cards. The increase in membership fees ostensibly was used to develop the system that sends one an email with their membership information.
I’m an old fashioned guy and would prefer to have a laminated card in my wallet. ERGO I created a Photoshop template for those tech savvy readers that can be downloaded an employed for personal use.
